How does your delivery system work?
Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependant on the size and weight of the product. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.
Customs fees are not handled by us so please be aware that when you consent to packages being delivered you may incur custom fees when they arrive.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
Don’t worry, all orders can be cancelled until the point of shipping. All you need to do to cancel an order is contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Genetics Superstore has a strong customer satisfaction system in place. If you are not satisfied with a product or it arrived damaged, we recommend getting in touch with us within 7 business days, using the ‘Contact Us’ button at the bottom right of this page or email geneticssuperstore@gmail.com
Your item may not need to be returned once we determine what the issue is and receive an image of the damage or dissatisfaction. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue in the quickest possible time.
Refunds
We aim for our customers to have a completely satisfactory shopping experience, and that includes aftercare, so if for any valid reason, you require a refund, contact us as soon as you are dissatisfied & we will process your refund for you. If your refund is approved, it will be applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.
