Our products have been showcased for you to imagine what colours, tones or styles will look like on you, we are in no doubt that you will find something of interest across our various categories. We add new products often, please visit our New In category to keep up to date with what's new.

If there is something you would like that we do not currently stock, please visit our Suggestion Box where you can ask for the product you are interested in and we will do our best to source that product or similar if available.

Most of our products have high quantities available. If you happen to come across a product or variation which is out of stock, please contact us using the Contact Button on the bottom right of this page and we will do our best to find out when it will be back in stock for you.

Do you have a store; a salon; or starting your own business? If you need a bulk order, we may be able to help! Visit our Bulk Orders page to request a quote for products you are interested in. We will check availability & contact you with a quote.

Bulk Orders = 50 products minimum

All bulk orders receive an automatic 15% discount.

We not only want our valued customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience but we are very aware of the current cost of living crisis, therefore, we make it our point of duty to provide Coupon Codes, Discounts & Special Offers throughout our site. If you have a Code, simply enter it in the Coupon Code box in your Basket to receive money off your purchase. Any problems with your code, please contact us using the Contact Button at the bottom right of this screen or email us at info@geneticssuperstore.online. You can also select 'Free Shipping' in your Basket for all orders over £50.

We accept all major credit & debit cards - Please check with your card provider for information on international payments and any fees.

We provide PayPal checkout. Use your existing PayPal account or their guest account to complete your purchase. Alternatively, we also provide PayPal 'Pay Later' which offers their 'Pay in 3' option for orders over £30, subject to eligibility.

We provide Stripe checkout. Simply enter any major credit or debit card to checkout.

We provide Electronic Funds Transfer, which is an automatic bank transfer system, we use for Bulk Orders.

We accept the following currencies:

International orders may be placed in USD ($) or ZAR (R)

If you are not based in the UK or have chosen to pay in a currency that is not the same as your bank’s currency,  you may be charged a fee by your bank. Genetics Superstore does not have any control over these fees. Please check with your bank for information on any international transaction processing fees or currency exchange fees that may be incurred by shopping with us.
